Qualifications
- Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
- Experience of managing a children’s home or minimum 2 years experience in a residential children’s home
- Handles pressure with ease
- Determined and zealous for making a difference
- Enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals (tailor‑made for you)
