Make a Real Difference Through Outdoor Learning NextGen Young Peoples Services is looking for passionate and motivated Outdoor Education Support Workers to join our team. This role involves working with children and young people who may face challenges such as school disengagement, autism, learning difficulties, emotional wellbeing needs, or safeguarding vulnerabilities. Through outdoor learning, mentoring, and practical activities, you will help young people develop confidence, resilience, and life skills while supporting their engagement with education.
