协助进行数据收集、分析和报告撰写，主要职责包括：
1. 数据收集与整理：协助收集宏观经济财政、行业及企业财务数据，整理并维护数据库。
2. 数据分析：利用VBA、Python等工具，对收集的数据进行初步分析，优化数据处理流程，支持团队研究决策。
3. 报告撰写：协助进行宏观及行业分析，撰写研究报告。
4. 其他支持：协助团队完成其他与研究相关的任务。
职位要求：
1. 熟练掌握Excel，具备良好的数据处理能力。有一定编程能力、熟悉编程语言，有自动化处理数据经验。
2. 有金融行业实习经验，尤其是信用评级、研究分析或数据分析相关经验。
3. 对信用评级、金融市场或宏观经济有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的金融知识基础。
