- Coordinate and communicate with Chinese customers regarding products and services.
- Answer inquiries and provide support to Chinese customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues and follow up on progress.
- Interpret and translate documents and communications between Thai and Chinese languages.
- Prepare reports and update work progress to supervisor.
- Support other assigned tasks related to customer service and coordination.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of work experience in Chinese customer service, coordination, or interpreter role in any industry.
- New Graduates are welcome
- Conversational High in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above) and English for communication with customer.
