Job Description
1. 负责中餐厅日常运营协调，统筹当班服务流程，确保顾客用餐体验优质、高效；
2. 指导、监督服务员执行服务标准，包括点单、上菜、酒水推荐及结账等环节；
3. 处理顾客咨询、意见与现场投诉，及时响应并妥善解决，维护餐厅服务形象；
4. 协助完成开市、闭市检查，确保服务区域环境整洁、设备完好、物料齐备；
5. 配合店长开展员工排班、基础培训及服务质量反馈，支持团队持续改进。
1. 具备1年及以上中高端餐饮服务岗位工作经验，有领班或带班经验者优先；
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和应变能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
3. 熟悉中餐服务流程、基本礼仪及食品安全常识，具备基础酒水知识者更佳；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先（非强制性要求）；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业服务文化与价值观。
