Process policy alternations according to policyowners' instructions within the time frame predefined by the companySupport / assist in ad hoc project(s), if assigned, including preparation of user requirement and test plan, conducting user-acceptance test (UAT), etc.Assist in daily operation monitoring and quality assurance checkingHandle enquiries from distributors and internal departmentsHandle group life administration matters such as member movement and renewal arrangementUniversity graduate preferred4-5 years working experience in financial or insurance industries, with group life experience as an advantageProficiency in written English and ChineseComputer literate with hands-on experience in pc applications such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
