The Chubb Studio Converge platform is a cutting-edge solution designed to support the Click-to-Engage (C2E) initiative across Chubb. C2E aims to increase customer lifetime value through highly personalized interaction with customers: tailoring the product, channel, and message directly to carefully refined customer segments for a given vertical in a local market. To that end, the Converge platform leverages advanced capabilities such as AI-driven insights, multi-channel engagement (embedded, chat, voice), and precision-triggered opportunities to deliver these personalized offers. Initially targeted in APAC and LATAM, the platform integrates partner data, telemarketing systems, AI, and technology into a unified, scalable digital ecosystem.
