We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Lifton to develop and lead the implementation of the site CI strategy, identifying improvements in all areas of Operations effectiveness. What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Road Map in line with the site operational plans.
- Develop process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows to ensure continuous and reliable performance and outputs ensuring customer demand can be met.
