Job Description
The Supervisor focuses primarily on daily operational execution, floor management, initial tracking, routine administrative reporting, and direct front-line team leadership.
Daily Operations & Accountability
- Team Performance: Oversee the performance standard and sales target reviews directly on the floor. Maintain daily operational activities and attend to customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash floating, precise reconciliation of float money, counter spot checks, and secure counter cash drops. Oversee and process void transactions and customer refunds.
- Inventory Management: Raise daily stock requests and requisitions based on forecasted demand; verify physical stock availability for daily shifts.
- Product Quality Assurance: Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology is stringently practiced. Actively prevent food spoilage and maintain overall quality standards for food and beverage items.
