Maxwell Bond are helping a well established SME find an experienced CIO who’s a senior technology leader used to working within the C‑Suite, to help drive the next phase of technology, systems and transformation maturity across the business. This is a role where the right technology leader will significantly enable the business.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll work closely with the CEO, board and senior leadership team to modernise technology capability, improve business engagement, and ensure technology becomes a true enabler to the wider organisation.

The environment is more SME/mid‑market than enterprise, so this role requires somebody commercially minded, pragmatic and hands‑on in their approach to transformation and stakeholder management.
