Who are we looking for?
We are seeking to appoint a CIPD teacher to train individuals who want to develop their HR skills through a part-time, flexible delivery model. The Level 3 CIPD course will be delivered through weekly sessions every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. You will be passionate about inspiring learners to achieve their Level 3 CIPD qualification, drawing on your own experience and knowledge of HR.
The ideal candidate will deliver a flexible learning approach, advising, teaching, guiding, and supporting learners throughout the programme via group sessions and one-to-one support. You will be confident delivering in a classroom environment with groups of 10-20 learners, and able to use technology to support learner engagement where appropriate.
