We are seeking a skilled and motivated Circuit Provisioning Engineer (L2) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing high-speed network connectivity, data center operations, and circuit troubleshooting. The role requires collaboration with various partners, carriers, and data center providers to ensure seamless network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 level network troubleshooting (L3 level knowledge is a plus).
- Work with data center providers for cross-connect (XC) ordering, fiber issues troubleshooting, and XC delivery.
- Manage CDN and backbone connectivity, including 100G circuits.
- Troubleshoot circuits in collaboration with various partners, Service providers and carriers.
