Job Description
- Provide pre‑sales technical support to Account Managers for Cisco networking and security solutions
- Assist channel partners with solution sizing, design validation, and BOM preparation
- Contribute technical input for RFQ/RFP responses and quotation development
- Support POC implementation, product demonstrations, and lab validation
- Deliver basic product training and technical briefings to partners
- Coordinate with vendors to support pipeline growth and meet quarterly GP goals
