YOUR CHALLENGE
- Ensure a high service level by taking over IT Service Owner role for the remote access infrastructure based on Citrix Netscaler
- Configuring and optimising NetScaler appliances for high availability, scalability, and performance
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues related to Citrix NetScaler
- Ensuring the security of the NetScaler environment by configuring and maintaining security features
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and log analysis to prevent issues before they occur
