Job Description
- Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems across Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments - Perform L1 and L2 level troubleshooting for infrastructure, software, and system-related issues - Support hardware and software configuration at the operating system level across server and network environments - Ensure smooth functioning of configured services across multiple platforms as per defined operating procedures - Monitor system performance and provide timely resolution to technical incidents and service requests - Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability, availability, and performance - Assist in implementing technology solutions across operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure - Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures - Participate in team discussions and contribute to solutioning of technical issues - Stay updated with Citrix technologies and industry best practices...
