Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Citrus Production Manager for a 160-hectare citrus production unit in Porterville, Western Cape. The successful candidate will manage all orchard operations, coordinate daily production activities, and lead production teams to achieve operational targets.
Applicants should hold a degree in Agriculture or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in citrus production. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.
