Civil Design Engineer (Renewable Energy Projects)

Job Purpose

You will be supporting the Civil Design Engineering Lead and Senior Civil Design Engineer on the main areas outlined below as well as the daily course of business.We are seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer to support the design and development of renewable energy projects, primarily wind farms, as well as solar and energy storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong willingness to develop expertise in civil design for infrastructure associated with renewable energy projects.Key Accountabilities include but not limited to

Prepare geometric designs of civil infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including the horizontal and vertical alignment of site access roads, crane hardstanding areas, electrical cable routes, and other associated infrastructure for wind, solar, and storage projects

Produce design drawings in compliance with relevant local and international standards
