This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in producing complete, bid-ready PS&E packages, works efficiently in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and is comfortable coordinating across disciplines, utilities, and agencies.
You’ll play a key role in advancing projects through design development, QA/QC, agency reviews, and procurement, contributing technically while helping ensure quality, constructability, and schedule.
