Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- P.Eng in BC — Must be fully licensed to practice independently
- Strong organizational & decision‑making ability — Able to manage 20+ projects and make sound engineering judgments
- Blend of project management + technical civil/structural skill
- Local to the region — Frequent site visits; must understand real‑world conditions
- Experience as a Project Engineer — Comfortable owning engineering decisions and coordinating deliverables
- Industrial/Heavy Civil background — Electrical utility, hydro, mining, or commercial/industrial environments
- Experience with rehabilitation of older infrastructure
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- 3–5 years of experience — Least important; capability > years
