Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
- Prepare Bill of Quantities, work schedule for execution
- Prepare drawings and reports for communication with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct site supervision to ensure works are carried out in accordance to design codes and specifications
- Ensure quality control of works and manage defects and rectification works
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and related Singapore statutory regulations
- Check on works carry out by subcontractors, workers and suppliers
- Liaise with sub-contractors on technical issues
