Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulatory & Compliance
- Register as Technical Manager with Dubai Municipality
- Obtain Technical Practice Certificate through Dubai Municipality system
- Ensure all technical documentation meets DM and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance with UAE building codes and standards
Operational Setup
- Establish project execution procedures and quality control systems
- Set up technical documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate with authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections
- Develop vendor and subcontractor network
Technical Leadership
- Serve as primary technical authority for all projects (G+1 building contracting)
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Oversee site supervision and quality assurance
- Prepare technical proposals and bid documentation
