- 1. Work on proposal drawings and including as-built plans.
- 2. Ability to propose alternative material/work method
- 3. Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
- 4. Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
- 5. To coordinate with the main contractor's request/s and ensure there are no conflicts on the schedule.
- 6. To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards.
- 7. Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule.
- 8. Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site.
- 9. Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
- 10. Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues.
