The successful candidate will be responsible for designing municipal services, managing professional services tendering processes, navigating statutory approval procedures, and overseeing all aspects of project development.
Responsibilities:
Design municipal services including water supply, sanitation systems, bulk earthworks/platforms, roads, and stormwater management. Manage professional services tendering processes and agreements. Navigate statutory approval procedures. Compile construction contract documentation and oversee procurement processes.
