Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to support the estimating and execution of earthwork, underground utilities, site development, and other heavy civil construction projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects using HeavyBid and PlanSwift, including quantity takeoffs, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor pricing
+ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and cost control
+ Manage project budgets, track cost performance, and ensure alignment with approved financial targets
