Evolve Talent are partnering with a well-established and growing earthworks contractor delivering high-end excavation and civil projects across the southern Gold Coast, from Burleigh to Coolangatta. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, this is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Foreman who can lead crews and keep projects moving.
You’ll oversee crews working across:
- Bulk earthworks
- Excavation & trenching
- Basement digs & pads
- Site preparation
- Final trim
- Civil and utility works
About the Role:
- Manage operators, labourers, subcontractors & plant
- Coordinate daily site activities and schedules
- Read plans and manage levels/grades
- Liaise with builders, project managers & clients
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Maintain productivity and site standards
