Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspection, supervision, and quality monitoring of all civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
- Review inspection requests, test results, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with EPCOM contractors, Ardurra engineers, and Metro Pacific Water representatives to resolve site issues.
- Monitor corrective actions for non-conformance reports and assist in approvals of WIRs, RFAs, and material submittals.
- Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the project site.
- Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports, material testing logs, and site progress documentation.
