Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our team for one of our leading clients in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.
This role will be working across infrastructure projects including road widening, turning lanes, traffic lights, drainage and associated civil works.
This is an initial 6-week contract with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise civil construction crews
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials on-site
• Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
• Assist with hands-on civil works as required
Essential Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand on infrastructure projects
• Experience with road widening, turning lanes and traffic light projects
• Roller Ticket
• HR License
• Electrical Spotters Ticket
• White Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
