Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil works related to underground cable installation and overhead transmission lines (OHL).
- Monitor activities such as excavation, trenching, backfilling, duct installation, cable laying, jointing bays, and route restoration.
- Oversee foundation works for transmission towers, including excavation, concreting, and backfilling.
- Ensure proper alignment, levels, and positioning of towers and cable routes as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with electrical teams for cable pulling, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise stringing activities for OHL, including tower erection, conductor stringing, and sagging.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, drawings, and project specifications.
