Job Description
- Manage end-to-end civil maintenance activities for internal and external building areas - Ensure compliance with NBC (National Building Code) and IS standards - Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for civil works - Handle repair activities including plastering, painting, polishing, and finishing work - Oversee replacement and maintenance of flooring, wall stones, and façade glass - Identify and repair seepage, cracks, and structural issues - Ensure proper functioning of sewerage and storm water systems - Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for civil maintenance work - Allocate and supervise work for technicians and fitters - Coordinate with clients and occupants for issue resolution - Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and site compliance - Monitor overall building maintenance and infrastructure quality - Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management
