About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Package Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of civil works packages on a major operations site. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple concurrent civil packages, including rockwall armouring, bulk earthworks, and salt pond remediation works.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a delivery-focused civil professional who thrives in a complex, multi-package environment and is comfortable interfacing with operations, contractors, engineering, and client stakeholders.
