Our client is a respected, multi-division construction group delivering large, complex infrastructure projects across BC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional looking to lead major pursuits and play a key role in strategic project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating function on large, complex civil construction projects
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs to assess project requirements and risks
- Manage proposal work plans to develop competitive and compliant bids
- Support business development and pursuit strategy initiatives
- Coordinate with owners, designers, JV/alliance partners, and internal teams
