Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Civil/Site Design Engineer looking to join the team in Naperville! This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote. Responsibilities: Work on a variety of projects (renewable energy sites, food processing facilities, academic campuses, municipal infrastructure) Lead project teams Work directly with clients Mentor/train junior staff Assist with business development Provide/lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) reviews for civil projects Requirements: Bachelors degree in civil engineering 8+ years of progressive technical design experience with site development projects 5+ years of project management experience 2+ years of business development experience Experience working on site layouts, site grading, roadway design, utility design, vehicular and/or pedestrian access, stormwater management, and site permitting PE License in the State of Minnesota or Illinois Experience working with regula...
