Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Project Engineer to manage interior fit-out and civil execution projects from site mobilization to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution knowledge, contractor coordination skills, quality control expertise, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for interior fit-out and civil works.
Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed as per approved timelines.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
Handle quantity estimation, material planning, and site resource management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
