Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor civil works, including earthworks, concreting, structural, and finishing works.
- Knowledgable in cost estimates, and budget proposals.
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment requirements for project execution.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards during all phases of the project.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
