Job Description Manage and supervise a team of technical supervising RTOs in performing their duties on site with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works. RE to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements. Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects. To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works including temporary works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried. Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirement especially to comply with BCA's criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
