The Role
Stellar Recruitment is proud to partner with an awesome locally owned and operated Civil Contractor to help expand their thriving family owned business based in Springfield. We're on the hunt for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take on a critical leadership role, working across a wide variety of projects in the Selwyn Region including civil earthworks, roading, maintenance, playgrounds, foundations and more.
In this role you'll be required to supervise and coordinate several crew's work, including task allocation, progress monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety. You'll also be required to develop new business, quote, manage resources and client relationships.
