Responsibilities
  • Supervise and review the construction of architectural works, including covering, finishes, sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works, and sewerage systems under the Civil Contract N107.
  • Attend all coordination meetings for the Works and maintain records of such meetings.
  • Review submissions to ensure compliance with Authority’s requirements and other agency requirements.
  • Review contractor’s architectural drawings alongside civil & structural and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) drawings to identify and resolve irregularities.
  • Review contractor’s architectural material approval submissions for compliance with the Authority’s requirements.
