- Design and drive the evolution of Olive Young’s omni-channel commerce and retail platform, supporting customers, partners, and operators across global markets.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems at the core of commerce features—including checkout, inventory, order fulfillment, membership, and payments—across both digital and physical channels.
- Collaborate deeply with TPMs, product managers, designers, and senior engineers across teams to guide the delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of cross-team platforms and frameworks that scale to diverse regions, languages, and operational models.
- Mentor and empower engineers through design reviews, architectural guidance, and continuous feedback that raises the engineering bar.
