Ensuring proper execution of claims handling process within a given area (such as road claims, air and sea, solutions and equipment claims).

Key Tasks & Deliverables

  • Timely and proper processing or preparation of claims, according to valid procedures and instructions, including:
  • checking and uploading available documentation related to claims.

  • taking initial decisions to approve or reject claims (where possible). Taking financial decisions connected with settlements in a limited scope.
