Job Description

2-year contract (renewable)

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm (Hybrid)

Tanjong Pagar

Up to $3100 + PB

Job Responsibilities
  • Verify correctness and completeness of assessments and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
  • Verify applicant’s eligibility criteria according to the policies for various grants/schemes.
  • Verify that details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against the submitted documents.
  • Liaise with assessors and applicants on any queries pertaining to the assessments/applications submitted via phone call or email.
  • Record and reply to enquiries from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome.
