Purpose of this role
The Claims Data Associate will specialize in investigating claims resulting from a financial loss in using Amadeus, ensuring the accuracy of claims processing, and delivering actionable insights to improve decision‑making. The role provides data expertise necessary for customer product activations, data updates in production, operational support to implementations, data monitoring, investigations of IR/PTRs and solution findings through data correction, escalation & follow‑up.
