This role will place you at the heart of our customer journey and you will be the first point of contact in moments that matter to our clients.
What will your day look like:
- Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide
- Analysing policies to determine claim coverage and devise efficient claims processing strategies
- Keeping policyholders informed about claim progress through well-crafted correspondence <...
