We are seeking aClaims Investigation Associate to join our logistics operations team. This role focuses on investigatingclaims involving lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, identifying the root causes, and coordinating internal dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive cases objectively — withno direct communication with customers or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate parcel-relatedclaims and incidents such as loss, delay, or damage.
