Claims Investigation Associate
This role focuses on investigating claims involving lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, identifying the root causes, and coordinating internal dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive cases objectively with no direct communication with customers or clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate parcel‑related claims and incidents such as loss, delay, or damage.
- Review supporting documentation, shipment records, and system logs to determine accountability.
