About the role
Reporting directly to the NAM Head of Law Firm Management, the role will be responsible for supporting the contracting of claims Law Firms, engaging in the collection of Law Firm due diligence, issuing contract documentation, supporting rate negotiations, and storing and uploading all commercial agreements.
Key responsibilities:
• Support Claims Law Firm Managers with spend data analysis, data queries, and reporting, which support line of business Law Firm strategies or complex / high value Law Firm negotiations;
• Participate in end to end acquisition of smaller Law Firms with an annual spend of less than $500K for Insurance Claims processing and adjudication commodities. This shall include;
○ Participate and lead Law Firm pricing negotiations;
○ Document and summarize the agreed commercial terms accurately; and
○ Collect and store all required due diligence documentation in line with the team’s standar...
