Claims, Litigation and Insurance Manager

Manages *** s litigation & insurance portfolios. Reports to Chief Risk Officer/Legal Counsel;also works with General Counsel, Associate General Counsel & Assistant General Counsel. Independently oversees & coordinates litigation discovery process for medical malpractice, labor/employment, class action & general business cases. Maintain all aspects of cases from discovery & motion schedules to creating & updating electronic files. Serves as liaison between outside counsel & *** leaders. Supports procurement&renewal of all *** insurance programs including all excess layers of insurance. Oversees related programs such as processing certificates of insurance & administering driver s program.
