Claims, Litigations and Insurance Officer - Maritime Services

The Claims, Litigations and Insurance Officer will manage and oversee the claims function within Noatum Maritime Agency, ensuring efficient, fair, and timely handling of all claims in accordance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. They will manage the company’s insurance portfolio, handle all insurance claims, and manage pre‑litigation disputes to protect company assets. Collaboration with the Compliance Counsel will ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Manage the end to end BU claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution across all maritime operations while keeping the Legal Director and Claims/Insurance Manager updated.
