- Lead and supervise the claims processing team to ensure efficient and accurate rec
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor claims metrics and provide regular reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on claims procedures and compliance regulations.
- Resolve escalated claims issues and disputes as necessary.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
