One of the MNC insurance is looking for a Claims Manager to join their Macau Office. They open to local Macau candidate or HK based candidate who is willing to relocate.
The Role
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim handling.
- Review, assess, and approve claims based on company policies, industry regulations, and risk assessment guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies while processing claims.
- Analyze claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and minimize risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals to enhance performance and efficiency.
