Job Description
Schedule appointments with customers.Conduct inspections of vehicle damage (cars and motorcycles) for insured parties, third parties, and assess bodily injury or death.Evaluate property damage.Prepare summary reports of damaged property items.Collect and upload claim-related information and documents into the computer system.Negotiate settlement amounts and follow up on settlement agreements.Male, no age limit.Vocational certificate or higher in Political Science, Law, or related fields.Knowledge of insurance law, traffic law, and repair cost estimation.Negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.Good personality and interpersonal skills, honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and service-minded.Own a motorcycle and be able to use it for work
